Foundation

These days I think more and more about the lessons I had with drummer Bob Nutt, before I got my first kit and before I joined my first band. These lessons were so important - no fills, just shuffle, rock, sixteen-note, disco, swing and finally reggae. All in six months. After that, I got a kit and joined a band.

And all thanks to my Mum, who insisted in the lessons before buying me a kit. And who would give me a lift to oractices and gigs.
